Global real estate leader Greenland Australia has found a friend in Probuild – the tier-one Australian contractor bringing two of its iconic projects to life: Greenland Centre and Omnia, Potts Point.

At 235-metres high, Greenland Centre will be the tallest residential tower in Sydney’s CBD when it’s completed in 2019.

Built for the Australian arm of Chinese developer Greenland, the development will house 479 spectacular 1, 2 and 3 bedroom luxury apartments, stunning sub-penthouse and penthouse residences across 67 levels, as well as retail tenancies.

Greenland was so confident in Probuild’s ability to deliver the Sydney skyscraper, they decided to build a second project together – Omnia, Potts Point – a few months after signing on for the first.

“We’re thrilled to be working with Greenland on a second project together. Omnia is another significant build that’s adding to Probuild’s growing number of high-profile projects in NSW,” said Probuild NSW Managing Director Nick Gaudry.

Nick has seen Probuild’s NSW business increase in revenue by roughly 400 per cent in the last few years, and, perhaps more importantly, the reputation and perception of Probuild in NSW change dramatically. The catalyst for much of this change was Probuild winning the job of constructing Greenland Centre. Other developers took this success as a vote of confidence in Probuild’s ability to deliver in the state.

The partnership’s second project, Omnia, is set to be one of the most exclusive inner-city addresses in Sydney with the project incorporating quality amenities with world-leading architectural design, immaculate interiors and communal facilities that include a landscaped outdoor BBQ area, community garden and residents’ private wine room and lounge.
